Join us in this Sake for beginners’ voyage to open your senses to a world of refinement and subtlety. Explore the 4 simple ingredients: Rice, Water, Yeasts and Koji, immerse yourself into the delicate and fascinating production process, understand the choices that lead to various Sake types while touching on food pairing.
This workshop is suitable for aficionados and wholesale/retail professionals who wish to elevate their understanding of this captivating drink.

About Xavier Ligot
Xavier is a wine specialist holding a WSET Level 3 certificate in wine, Certified Specialist in Wine (CSW), French Wine Scholar (FWS), Champagne Master level, WSET Level 3 certificate in Sake, Certified Specialist in Spirits (CSS) and currently pursuing a Master in Bourgogne certificate.
