About the Event
How can we let go of our beliefs which make us feel unsafe in love? Can we love unconditionally, be worthy of being loved unconditionally or is unconditional love even possible?
In BodyTalk Fundamentals, we touch on beliefs of the aspects of love; Self Love, Being Loved and Loving Others.
‘Self Love’ represents aspects of ourselves that we feel are negative, for which we reject ourselves for. Understanding the judgements we lord over ourselves and releasing beliefs we hold untrue about ourselves creates opportunity to love and care for ourselves.
‘To Love’ represents how we show and give love to others. However, it comes with an attachment of what we want in return for the love we give. Releasing the subconscious expectations of what we want in return allows us to let go of the anger and disappointment, which sabotages our relationships with others.
‘Be Loved’ represents how we are able to be accepted and loved by others. Letting go of the belief we are unworthy of receiving love or needing to change before we are worthy of receiving the love we deserve.
Through past experiences of sadness, we develop compassion. Love is about being compassionate towards ourselves first before we can be compassionate to others.
The full moon on 5 June 2020 will highlight both the love and hate aspects of relationships. Are we willing and able to use this time to discover what it means to truly love and be loved
