Why Gong?
- The gong creates big waves of sound that penetrates our bodies and fill up the whole space. Many who have participated the gong sound journey comment that they feelgrounded, cleansed and energised at the end.
- It can be a powerful experience for many and yet because of the same reason, although many benefit and enjoy the sound of the gong, some may find it overwhelming.
Benefit of Gong Sound Journey: though everyone experiences differently, many benefits are observed including….
- Clarity & balance
- Relaxation & release of tension (body & mind)
- Improved memory & concentration
- Improved sleep
- Heightened awareness, both of the Self & the environment
- Reduces internal “chatter”
- Clear emotional & energetic blockages
- Clear discord & create harmony within our bodies
