About the Event

This MindScape meditation focuses on health where we will look to enhance health through using MindScape and chinese medicine philosophies to understand the levels of energy in the body:

1)  Jing - Body

2)  Qi - Mind

3)  Shen - Spirit

Thoughts, beliefs and emotions first penetrates the mind which then weakens the body. The physical body is a reflection of the conscious and subconsious mind. Any pain, symptom, illness or disease has an underlying message that the body wants to address.  In this MindScape Meditation, we will enter MindScape 3 times and each round focuses on different aspects of our energy system.

First entry into MindScape :

Jing - is the foundation of the human being. The DNA, hormones, neurotransmitters and the material foundation of the human being. How to reproduce yourself on a daily basis to replenish your energy.

Second entry into MindScape :

Qi - The quality of Qi is determined by our thoughts and emotions. From the mind comes thought, from thought comes emotion and this is the Mind/Body Relationship. It generates movement and heat to move in directions to heal. Qi stagnants where there are :

- mental and emotional disturbances

- Irregular or poor diets

- physical injury

- lack of physical movement

What priorities to look at to generate Qi and improve circulation.

Third entry into MindScape:

Shen - The Spirit and the motivation to take on challenges in life

Insights and wisdom to understand where our health situation comes from and the ability to approach life and challenges with humour.  Because humour relies on the ability to appreciate the paradox between an expected outcome and an unexpected one. 

How do we disengage our beliefs and attachments to new perspectives in life.

Where attention goes, energy goes, health happens.
