About the Event
The BodyTalk System looks at relationships and communication between all the body parts that are necessary for empowered healthy living. Based on the philosopies of chinese medicine, BodyTalk looks at understanding health from the individual's lifestyle, diet, emotions, environments as well as their beliefs, thoughts and values. This makes the BodyTalk System a holistic and integrative system.
BodyTalk not only improves the general wellbeing of people but also helps them to function at their highest potential. BodyTalk teaches many subjects that help in understanding life processes. Hence, there are many people with well-established careers who learn BodyTalk purely for their own personal development and spiritual growth.
What will be covered in this event:

BodyTalk does not diagnose. When a diagnosis is used as a basis of treating the body, other more important priorities are being ignored. This in turn magnifies the symptoms and misses the many underlying nuances of the their physical, mental and emotional challenges that contributes to their state of health. What a BodyTalk session looks like. How do the philosophies of chinese medicine integrates with the science of western medicine, in order for us to understand the psychology of the mind that gives rise to the state of health.
